Here at Create Your Website Master Class there are some questions that get asked with regularity and here is a compilation of some of the most common issues. If you don’t see your question here though no worries, you can login to your Basecamp online project management portal at any time and receive assistance for any concern you may have. The CYWMC team is here to support you!
How long will it take to get answers for my questions?
Live support is available 9 – 6pm EST through your online portal. Leave a quick message in the Campfire section of your Basecamp and we here at CYWMC receive a notification you’ve been in touch. You can also leave non-urgent messages that we check daily. We try to get to all questions within one business day so that you can get past any technical hurdles efficiently with as little frustration as possible.
What other options do I have for support?
You can always login to Basecamp and leave a message, or you can email support (email@example.com) and send a message there. Additionally, we offer a toll-free number (800-927-6027) where you can leave a message and we will get back in touch with you within one business day.
I can't remember my passwords - help!
A quick email to firstname.lastname@example.org will fix that! Or, you can do a password reset for either and you can regain access that way.
What happens if I refer the Master Class to my friends?
If 5 of your friends or colleagues take the Master Class with your referral link, you receive the upcoming Social Media Master Class (values also at $997) for free! We are currently creating these classes, so you can mail us to obtain your referral link and our automated system will keep track of your referrals and notify you when you have qualified!
Unfortunately I need to cancel - what do I do?
If you’re not able to finish this session of the CYWMC, you can defer it to the next session or cancel to receive a refund. Cancellations are possible for 30 days after registration. Send an email to email@example.com to initiate this process. When you cancel, your hosting account will be deleted and your website authorization codes will also be deactivated resulting in no further updates or support for your products. Please reference our cancellation policy for more details.
